CrisBerry had incredible fashion show last week in a gorgeous southern italian city called Lecce. Guests were surprised with a flash mob performed by incredible dancers all in CrisBerry leggings who invaded the catwalk. Video to come soon! -

Fire and Water! First time model Chiara de Blasi did an excellent job yesterday during the CrisBerry photo shoot. We had chosen her during a casting and once she got to the set she’s like: “I’ve never done a photo shoot before!” -And we’re like: “Uh Oh!”
But this girl knocked it out of the park and totally wowed us. By the end of the shoot she was even telling the photographer what angles to use. Bright future for this young beauty!!

It Smells Like Summer in the Air
Today there was the unmistakable scent that was pervading the air and occasional breezes. Summer seems to finally be here!! Oh goody goody!! Here is what to do and how we are getting ready for the amazing months to come:
1. WORK OUT!
Run, jump, skip, wave your arms in the air, do whatever it is that you gotta do that will get your cardio on. Nothing makes a girl happier that summer is coming more than feeling fit and super toned.
2. GET YOUR GROOVE ON

3. REDECORATE
Summer means color. Spruce up your living areas with unexpected pops of bright colours. Here at CrisBerry headquarters we may have take things a bit too far but the staircase is now pink and a huge wall has been made turquoise (post to follow with the photos of the renovation).
4. EAT HEALTHY
Put those potato chips down girl, they’re not doing anyone a favor. Remember this magical mantra: Nothing tastes as good as Skinny feels. It’s just so true! There’s no real secret, just eating tons of greens. www.bethenny.com has a great selection of yummy low carb and low fat recipes!
5. GOTTA HAVE THE LOOK
